We're Hiring: Office & Operations Coordinator (Part-Time, English Required)
Are you an organized, proactive person who enjoys variety, independence, and meaningful work? We're a small international company looking for someone who will become the heart of our Czech operations — someone who makes sure everything runs smoothly, from customer care to office management.
What will you be doing?
This role is much more than a typical assistant position. You’ll be the sole employee in our Czech branch, working closely with the company owner (based in the Netherlands), and acting as the go-to person for everything on the ground. Your daily tasks may include:
- Daily communication in English with the owner (via Skype – both written and spoken),
- Handling customer and supplier communication, orders, contracts, invoicing, and logistics,
- Taking care of the office .
- Organizing company events, client visits, and holiday greetings,
- Occasionally visiting customers (a company car is available),
- Supporting marketing activities – creating flyers in Canva, updating the website, sourcing advertising materials,
- Searching for new clients and preparing reports or online research.
No two days are the same – flexibility and a "can-do" attitude are key.
Who are we looking for?
- You are independent and reliable – no micromanagement here,
- You speak and write English fluently (B2+ at minimum, daily use),
- You’re organized and like to keep things under control,
- You’re comfortable with multitasking – from admin to marketing,
- You’re tech-savvy – Canva, Excel, online tools are no problem,
- You enjoy working in a small, informal environment with real impact.

- Part-time position: 6 hours/day (ideally 8:00–14:00), but flexible if needed,
